Our Store

Where are you located & what are your hours?

You can find us in the Denike building in downtown Lancome, Alberta 

5012 50th Ave. 

Hours:
Monday: 10am-4pm
Tues-Fri: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 10am-4pm
Sunday: Closed

What locations do you service for interior design and contracting? 

Our contracting services are only available in Alberta. Our interior design work can be done worldwide.

The item I want is sold out on your website. Can you order more? 

If the item is marked as sold out, please reach out to our customer service team at downtoncustomerservice@gmail.com. We would be happy to assist you with your preferred items. 

Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes, we offer gift cards both in-store and online.

How do I register for wedding gifts at Downton & Co.? 

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! We’re thrilled to be part of your next stage of life. To register for your wedding, please email downtoncustomerservice@gmail.com to book your in-store or virtual appointment. You will receive a custom link to send to guests with your custom selections. When you contact us, please include: 

  • First and Last Name
  • Partner’s First and Last Name
  • Email
  • Any special requests
  • Ideal date of consultation

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy? 

Refunds are offered if the item is brought back to the store on the same day of purchase. 

After the day of purchase, we offer a store credit.

All returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on:

  • Bedding
  • Candles
  • Diffusers
  • Dishes/glassware
  • Towels
  • Bath products
  • Soaps

Note: Scented products can be exchanged for a store credit (gift card) only if they are unused and a receipt is provided.

I ordered an item online. How long will it take for me to receive it?

Shipping generally takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the item. 

We will notify you of any changes in the estimated delivery time.

I live in the U.S, do you ship items here? 

Absolutely. We ship all over North America. Please note that shipping costs vary depending on location. 

If I order online, can I pick up in-store?

Yes, absolutely. Upon order check-out, please pick the “pick up in-store” option. 

The item I ordered arrived damaged. What do I do?

We want to make sure you love the item you ordered. Please take a photo of the damage as soon as you notice it, and contact us at downton.co@gmail.com. We will get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.

What is the fee for a design consultation? 

Our consultation fee is $300 plus tax (CAD)
